Festive Fridays

This week Kevin and I attempted our first shot at Festive Fridays* with homemade bean burgers, salt & vinegar potato bites and garlic green beans.

 We changed up the bean burger recipe to include black beans, flour, corn, onions and tons of cumin (of course). The salt and vinegar potato bites could have had more malt vinegar flavor, but we'll know to make additional dipping sauce next time.

Fresh salsa and tomato to top off the bean burgers. Mmm, delicious!
